Leaving

Journal Entry: Tue Jun 6, 2006, 1:19 PM
Hey, this is Mandy (dreaded_moonlight), just letting everyone know that I'm switching accounts. Previously I had used this account (dreaded_moonlight) to comment on my watches, but it was too much of a hastle to keep everything in order, so now I'm transfering everything over to another account (mayabelle). Sorry if it's a little complicated :) I hope to see a lot more of everybody.

I also sent you all a note (I think). I might have missed a few of you, so hopefully everybody reads this.

Love and best wishes,
Mandy

Poor pets... but I s'pose it's better to be romping around in Heaven than lying in pain on Earth.

Yeah... He/she is fine now and flew away home. :)

I had fishies and budgies who died, so I know how that feels.

Ah, that's good. It'd be horrible if he/she wasn't ok, I always seem to feel so guilty when little animals die ^^ Of course, then, my mother has to bring in every sickly little thing with hardly a chance of surviving, heh.

No problem. :)

Ehh...well, I'm not too sure because I don't own a dog. Lol. By the way, I think Birdie was alright this morning and he/she flew away. :( Oh well... Just as long he/she is okay. That's all that counts. :aww:

Yup, and you could even listen to their samples at amazon.com. Go even, go to dresdendolls.com and watch their videos. I absolutely love their photo gallery, it certainly reminds you of the past.

Lol, your dog paints?

I'll deffinetly have to try and find those. Painting is great, though I'm about as handy with a paintbrush as my pet dog ^^

Oh, there's another song by Jill Tracy called, "The Fine Art of Poisoning", which is another good song.

Some good songs from The Dresden Dolls are, "Coin-operated Boy", "Slide", "Christopher Lydon", "Thirty Whacks", "The Bad Habit", "Truce", "The Perfect Fit", "The Jeep Song", "Bank of Boston Beauty Queen" and "Will." But among them my favourites are "Slide" and "Christopher Lydon."

Of course, I'll tell you when I think of an idea. ^_^ Painting was just a recent hobby I got into.

Awesome. I've only ever heard Evil Night Together, I'll have to check out more songs by her and the Dresden Dolls. I love expanding my variety of music :D It just seems like new things pop up all the time. And tell me if you ever do the painting ;)

Yeah! Jill Tracy's amazing... I'm happy I got out the bubblegum pop music and started liking what I liked. Jill Tracy and The Dresden Dolls are my type of music. Hmm...maybe I should do a painting of a cabaret or a seductress. ^_^ The Dresden Dolls are more punk but they do have the idea of dark cabaret. Some songs are quite good, while there are other songs that sound a bit too modern and lack the idea of cabaret torch songs. But they are worth to look into. :)

It's an honour. It's great to meet you as well. :)

So, do you know The Dresden Dolls and Jill Tracy? Their music is like dark cabaret. Dresden Dolls are more like punkish, dark cabaret however. They're awesome if you haven't checked them out yet.

The Dresden Dolls website is, dresdendolls.com. A definite cabaret website!

I forgot Jill Tracy's...I think it's jilltracy.com. Maybe... I wish I could remember things...

I cried many times as well when I first read the story. I like stuff like Phantom of the Opera. Lately I have an obsession with cabarets! Lol!

That's how all the best stories work, it seems :D I've vowed not to read it at school anymore, to escape the risk of bursting out in tears in the middle of class... again, hehe.
